We make Go and we wrote these comparisons. Every Wix, Squarespace, and Durable fact comes from that company's own pricing, product, or help pages, checked on September 28, 2026. When we say who a product suits, that's our opinion based on those pages. We didn't test the other products hands-on.
Go's single monthly price next to Wix's AI and drag-and-drop builder, its many business tools, plan pricing that changes by location, and sites that run only on Wix.
Go next to Squarespace's Blueprint AI starting point, its drag-and-drop editor, paid website plans, online store tools, and the limits on what content you can export.
Two AI website builders side by side: how each builds and edits a site, handles leads and business tools, charges to publish, and handles cancellation and domain transfers.
A long feature list can hide the work that starts after the first draft appears. Every Routeless Go comparison asks about the same seven things: building the first version, routine changes, service pages, articles, business tools, the cost to publish, and switching away.
A help page describing a tool doesn't tell you how well it works. These comparisons rely on each company's own documentation, so we make no measured claims about speed, output quality, ease of use, or reliability.
What you enter to start the site, what the builder generates from it, and what you still need to check yourself.
How you change pages and content later, and which ongoing tools the company lists for the plan you'd need.
What starts the paid subscription, what the domain terms are, what you can export, and what you'd have to rebuild.
This table shows what each company's pages said on the date we checked. Prices and plan limits can change, so open the linked vendor pages and checkout before you buy.
Routeless Go costs $99 per month for each published website. There's no setup fee, and domain charges are separate. You can preview three designs without entering a card. If site generation, editing, articles, leads, analytics, or SEO settings matter to you, try them in your own Go preview. This table doesn't claim Go handles them better than anyone else.
| Platform | Documented creation and editing | Published price basis | Portability question | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Routeless Go | Three-design preview from business details; owner-requested editing is described on the Go product page | $99 monthly per published website; no setup fee; domain charges separate | Confirm domain registration and content or site export terms before choosing | 2026-09-28 |
| Wix | Prompt-led AI creation plus AI assistance and drag-and-drop editing | Pricing varies by location; displayed reference prices use annual subscriptions paid in full | Content belongs to the owner, but a Wix site must run on Wix infrastructure; Wix documents domain transfer away | 2026-09-28 |
| Squarespace | Blueprint AI creates a multi-page starting point; direct drag-and-drop editing remains available | Basic shown at $19 per month on an annual term or $25 month to month | Domain transfer is documented; content exports do not reproduce the full layout and design | 2026-09-28 |
| Durable | AI generation followed by direct page and section editing | Free preview tier; Launch shown at $22 per month billed annually or $25 monthly | Durable documents conditions for transferring a Durable-registered domain; confirm site-content export before buying | 2026-09-28 |
Wix may suit you if you want detailed visual control, plus store, scheduling, marketing, and other business tools in one place. Squarespace may suit you if you like its design system and direct editor, or need its commerce or content tools. Durable may suit you if you want an AI-built start plus the CRM, booking, lead, and content tools on its current plans.
Go is a different kind of purchase: one $99 monthly website subscription, with custom work handled separately. That price doesn't prove its generation, editing, article, lead, analytics, or SEO tools beat anyone else's. Try the Go tools you care about before you decide.
Write down what you can't do without before you compare prices. Payments, recurring bookings, customer accounts, inventory, large migrations, custom integrations, or bespoke design can push you to a higher plan or rule a product out.
Your domain, your page text and photos, the site's design, its URLs, your customer records, and any connected third-party tools are separate things. Moving your domain doesn't move the design. Exporting your content doesn't bring your forms, store, bookings, or platform apps with it.
Before you pick a platform, find out whose name is on the domain registration, how to change DNS, which content you can export, whether photos and files download separately, and what happens when you cancel. Keep copies of your page text, your own images, a list of your URLs, your form fields, and any analytics records the platform lets you keep.
None of these comparisons promise an automatic import into Go or a move with no effect on search. Keep your important URLs where you can, set up redirects if the new platform supports them, and test forms, analytics, and domain records before you shut the old site down.
These comparisons use each company's official pages. Pricing and product pages show what the company advertises. Help pages cover domains, cancellation, hosting, and exports. If a plan detail isn't documented, we leave it as unknown.
Prices, plan names, billing terms, limits, domain policies, and export options can change. Check the date next to each source and confirm the plan at checkout. For anything you can't judge from documentation, give each builder the same description of your business and compare the pages and controls you get.
For a wider list of builders, see the small-business website builder guide. If you mainly care about AI website creation, see the AI website builder guide.

No. Look at the plan you'd need, the billing term, any add-ons, how much of the work falls on you, the business tools, the domain terms, and what it would cost to rebuild or move later.
