By accessing or using Routeless services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Routeless provides custom website design and development, intake and routing systems, CRM and calendar integrations, automation support, and related consulting services for creators, real estate professionals, operators, and other businesses. Our services may include:
- Custom website design and development
- Intake form creation and management
- Qualification, routing, and lead-flow setup
- Calendar and CRM integrations
- Notification systems (WhatsApp, SMS, email)
- AI-assisted workflows and lead briefing
- Analytics, dashboards, and attribution tracking
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
4. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from Routeless — including by checking the consent box on our application form, enabling SMS/WhatsApp alerts in the business portal, or texting our platform number — you agree to receive transactional, service-related messages from Routeless.
- Message types: Project and onboarding updates, team alerts (leads, bookings, payments, meetings), meeting reminders and summaries, and AI assistant replies.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and enabled alert subscriptions.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier with questions.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS/WhatsApp messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also email team@routeless.io.
- Consent: Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing Routeless services unless you choose to receive text updates.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Routeless and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide to us, but grant us a license to use it in connection with our services.
6. Payment Terms
If you engage Routeless for project work or ongoing support:
- Project fees and ongoing support fees will be outlined in your proposal or agreement
- Recurring support, if applicable, is billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routeless and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting on our website or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
