- We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routeless and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting on our website or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
