These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Routeless LLC, a Nevada limited liability company that operates under the Routeless brand. In these terms, “Routeless,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Routeless LLC.
By accessing or using Routeless services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Routeless provides software consulting, website development, digital marketing technology, analytics implementation, search and AI visibility services, lead-intake systems, business automation, and related consulting services. Our services may include:
- Custom website design and development
- Search visibility and digital marketing technology
- Intake form creation and management
- Qualification, routing, and lead-flow setup
- Calendar and CRM integrations
- Notification systems (WhatsApp, SMS, email)
- AI-assisted workflows and lead briefing
- Analytics, dashboards, and attribution tracking
3. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
4. SMS Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Routeless, you agree to receive service-related and transactional text messages about your request, onboarding, project updates, scheduling, reminders, account notifications, payment notifications, and customer inquiry alerts related to your own business.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@routeless.io.
Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of Routeless services.
5. WhatsApp Terms
Routeless may also offer service-related WhatsApp messages as a separate messaging channel. WhatsApp messages require separate opt-in and are managed separately from SMS text messages. WhatsApp message availability may depend on your country, phone number, and the messaging features enabled for your account.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Routeless LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide to us, but grant us a license to use it in connection with our services.
7. Payment Terms
If you engage Routeless for project work or ongoing support:
- Project fees and ongoing support fees will be outlined in your proposal or agreement
- Recurring support, if applicable, is billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeless LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routeless LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting on our website or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
