If you opt in to receive text or WhatsApp messages from Routeless, we collect and use your mobile phone number to send service-related notifications such as project updates, onboarding messages, team alerts, meeting reminders, and AI assistant replies.
Mobile information sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS/WhatsApp opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, Twilio) and only as needed to operate our services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity, enabled alert types, and business volume. Most recipients receive a handful of messages per week.
Rates and charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or WhatsApp messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at team@routeless.io. Business portal administrators can disable messaging channels for team recipients in Studio → Alerts.
