Routeless — Services

Paid search measured against booked work, not clicks.

Google Ads is the fastest way to put your business in front of someone searching with intent — and the fastest way to burn money into a slow website and an unwatched inbox. We run Search and Local Services Ads into the same intake lane everything else feeds, so spend is judged by what it booked.

The problem

Most wasted ad spend dies after the click.

In high-value services, clicks are expensive — legal and home services keywords routinely run into the tens or hundreds of dollars each. At those prices the campaign is rarely the weak link. The click that cost real money lands on a generic homepage, the form asks nothing useful, and the reply comes tomorrow. The auction did its job; the system behind it did not.

That is why we do not sell ads management to a site and intake process we have no hand in. Paid search here is the top of a lane — landing page, tracking, intake, follow-up — that is engineered as one thing.

What the work includes

The campaign, the landing page, and the proof of what it produced.

The campaigns

  • Google Search campaigns on high-intent queries
  • Local Services Ads where your trade is eligible
  • Negative-keyword discipline — the unglamorous half of efficiency
  • Ad and landing-page testing on a cadence

The lane behind them

  • Dedicated paid-search landing pages, not the homepage
  • Call, form, and ad attribution down to the keyword
  • Lead-quality feedback into the campaign, not just volume
  • Routing into the same intake and CRM lane as organic

The intake half of that lane is its own discipline — covered under lead capture and intake — because ads that feed a slow response buy consultations for competitors.

Proof you can click

A tracked acquisition path in production.

Blockchain Lawyer pairs niche positioning — "The Crypto Payments Lawyer for the Americas" — with a tracked Google Search acquisition path: the practice-area pages carry the argument, and attribution connects spend to the inquiries it produced. That is the shape every engagement aims for: a paid channel you can audit, not a monthly click report.

Honest limits

Read this before buying ads from anyone.

You own the ad account and pay Google directly. Media spend never routes through us. If we part ways, the account, its history, and its data stay yours — the hostage arrangement common in this industry is the first thing to refuse.

We do not manage Meta campaigns. Google Search and Local Services Ads only, where intent is explicit. And for regulated practices, campaign language must comply with the advertising rules in your jurisdictions — we write within them, not around them.

Ads stop when the budget stops. Paid search buys volume now; it builds no asset. The businesses that get the most from it run it alongside local visibility work that compounds — and use the paid-search query data to sharpen everything else.

What it costs

Setup once, management monthly, media yours.

Campaign launch starts at $2,500 — strategy, account structure, landing pages, and tracking. Ongoing, Growth Management runs $2,500–$4,000/month + media, covering campaign management, testing, attribution, and the lead-quality loop. Media spend is separate and stays in your account. Paid search is part of the Market Authority System ($20,000–$35,000+) for businesses building the full system at once.

Questions we get

Before you ask.

How much should I budget for media?

It depends on your market and trade — the honest answer arrives during scoping, when we look at real auction prices for your queries. What we will say up front: in expensive verticals, a budget too small to win meaningful volume produces data, not customers, and we would rather tell you that before you spend it.

Google Ads or SEO first?

If you need volume this quarter, ads; visibility work pays more but slower. Most established businesses should run both — paid for immediacy, organic and profile work for the compounding asset. What we argue against is ads as a permanent substitute for visibility you could own.

What about Local Services Ads?

Where your trade is eligible, LSAs are often the best-value paid placement in local — pay per lead, position above everything, and the Google Screened badge doing trust work. They come with their own review and response dynamics, which is where the intake lane earns its keep again.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and nobody honest does — auctions move and competitors bid. What you get instead is attribution good enough to see exactly what the spend produced, and a partner whose recommendation is allowed to be "spend less here."
