Routeless — Services

A website built around the decision a buyer is actually making.

Someone about to spend thousands on a contractor, an attorney, or a specialist is not browsing — they are deciding whether to trust you. We rebuild your site around that decision: your offers, your proof, and one clear next step, then connect it to the systems that handle what happens after the click.

The problem

Most service-business sites describe the business. Few sell it.

The pattern we see in the free website reviews we run is consistent: credible businesses behind sites that bury the license number, hide the process, show stock photos instead of real jobs, and offer a generic contact form as the only next step. The business earned trust for years; the website spends it.

A rebuild is worth doing when the site no longer reflects what the business is worth. It is not worth doing as a paint job — which is why every build here starts with positioning and ends with tracking, not with a template and a launch date.

What the work includes

Strategy first, then copy, then design — in that order.

The order matters. Design decisions made before the message is settled get remade twice. Every engagement runs the same sequence:

Before anything is designed

  • Strategy workshop, market research and launch plan
  • Messaging, positioning and copywriting
  • Offer and proof architecture — what convinces, in what order
  • Routeless Radar baseline: what search and AI say about you today

The build itself

  • Custom design and development — no theme under it
  • Mobile, accessibility and performance optimization
  • Team bios, reviews and trust architecture
  • Consultation or booking integration
  • Form and call conversion tracking from day one

The site ships with structured data, AI crawler access, and a local search foundation, because a site that converts but cannot be found — by Google or by the assistants buyers now ask — is half a system. That half is covered under local search and trust and AI visibility.

Proof you can click

Live builds, not mockups.

Every example below is in production and linked from our work page, where you can visit the live site and judge the build yourself.

Anderson Tree Service

Thirty-five years of tree work in Merced, rebuilt around what homeowners actually check: the license number, the insurance, the no-property-damage guarantee, and real photos from real job sites — with a quote path on every page.

Buckeye Exteriors

A Cleveland roofing and siding contractor with 1,200+ projects and a 4.9-star record the old site never showed. The rebuild leads with before-and-after galleries, a ten-step process page, and a same-day estimate request throughout.

Blockchain Lawyer

A crypto tax attorney with offices in Miami and Medellín, repositioned to one line — "The Crypto Payments Lawyer for the Americas" — with bilingual paths, practice-area pages, and a tracked acquisition funnel behind the site.

The Exit Upgrade

A B2B advisory that is hard to sell with a brochure, so the site leads with proof instead: an instant fifteen-question readiness score and a full sample report published openly, feeding a 90-day engagement funnel.

What it costs

Scoped as a project, kept alive by a small monthly plan.

The Website & Conversion Foundation starts at $7,500: strategy, roughly 7–10 primary pages, custom design and build, booking integration, conversion tracking, a local SEO foundation, the Radar baseline scan, and hosting for the first year. Most businesses that also need guided intake, CRM, content, and post-launch optimization choose the Visibility & Intake System at $12,500–$17,500, averaging about $15,000.

After launch, Website Care runs $350–$500/month — updates, monitoring, and the small changes that otherwise wait months. Full inclusions are in the packages section.

Questions we get

Before you ask.

How long does a build take?

Most custom sites launch in a few weeks, depending on page count and how quickly content decisions get made. A website plus intake system takes somewhat longer because the intake flow is tailored to your services. You get a concrete timeline on the strategy call, not a range that quietly doubles.

Who owns the site?

You do — domain, site, and content. It is the same standard we tell readers to demand from any vendor. Hosting is included for the first year and transferable; there is no proprietary platform holding the site hostage.

Will a new website get me more leads by itself?

Sometimes, honestly, no. A rebuild fixes conversion — what happens to the visitors you already get. If the problem is that too few people find you, the fix is visibility work; if inquiries go stale before you answer them, it is intake and follow-up. The free website review is a quick way to see which problem you actually have.
