Methodology: Routeless audited 34 business websites in Tempe, AZ (2026Q3 benchmark). Homepage signals (CMS, structured data, contact paths, analytics) were collected from each site's live homepage; performance figures are Google PageSpeed Insights mobile lab metrics for the 33 sites that completed a run. Businesses were sampled across industries from public listings and licensing registries; national chains were excluded. Read Google's PageSpeed Insights methodology and download the anonymized Tempe benchmark summary. 6 unreachable Tempe sites were excluded from the sample, and 33 of the 34 completed a full PageSpeed run. Sampled businesses include A Great Smile Arizona, Alevea Mental Health, All Star Health, Az Kidney Dr, Az Weight Loss Clinic, Commerce Medical Group, Coyote Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Collected August 24, 2026. Results describe the 34 sampled businesses, not every business in Tempe, and the benchmark is re-run, so these figures are a dated snapshot rather than a standing claim.

Why this matters now

AI assistants are another source of recommendations.

When someone asks ChatGPT, or Google's own AI results, who to hire in Tempe, the answer draws on what those systems can read: fast pages, structured data, and consistent business information across the web. Structured data makes that information easier for search engines and AI systems to interpret and verify — and 11.8% of the 34 Tempe sites we tested publish none. Fast, structured, and consistent sites give Google and AI systems clearer information to read and verify.

We build for that standard and check the whole presence — your website, your Google Business Profile, and the listings AI assistants verify you against. We publish our research on how AI assistants recommend local businesses, one engineer owns your project from scope through launch, and the written scope, timeline, and price are agreed before work begins.

The timeline depends on the page inventory, content, integrations, and custom functionality. It is agreed in writing with the scope and price before work begins. Eric leads the project through production.

AI assistants may use page content, structured data, and business information from other websites when forming an answer. Structured data can make your own site easier for search engines and AI systems to interpret, and 11.8% of the 34 Tempe sites we audited publish none. We build sites with that structure in place and review your Google Business Profile and listings so your information matches everywhere it is checked.
