Why Colombia Bound was started
After living in Colombia for several years, meeting family and business partners there, and investing in a hotel in Medellín, Routeless founder Eric saw a gap. International visitors and future residents struggled to find clear, relevant information about transportation, restaurants, tours, and property opportunities, especially information written for people unfamiliar with the country.
From travel guides to property data
Colombia Bound began with destination content, restaurants, and tours. As the audience and relationships developed, the platform expanded into property discovery and real estate market information.
Today the platform connects international property seekers with local opportunities and brokerage partners. Behind the interface, it tracks a large collection of listing and rental-price information and is expanding investor-oriented market context across Colombia.
Listings, broker integrations and market data
The platform includes property discovery, partner and brokerage listing integrations, bilingual pages, searchable market information, and data infrastructure for processing listing records. It brings local information together instead of asking visitors to piece it together across unrelated sources.
Search visibility and record volume
Google Search Console recorded 5,510 web search clicks and 910,000 search impressions during a three-month reporting period ending October 2026. Those figures describe public search exposure and search visits. They are not counts of verified properties, buyers, or transactions.
The site also tracks more than 250,000 listing records overall, according to its operator. That is a count of data records, not of unique or currently available properties.
In a typical week the platform analyzes more than 26,000 of those records. That weekly figure describes processing volume and is separate from the overall total.
