Furnished Habitat needed a custom platform to help hosts manage furnished rentals and guests discover, book and pay for stays. Routeless designed and built the marketplace experience, host and guest portals, booking and payment workflows, and the integrations that connect the platform with its operating systems.
A marketplace for hosts and guests
A furnished rental marketplace serves both hosts and guests. Inventory, availability, pricing, payments, property details, and operational handoffs must remain connected as the business grows.
Listings, bookings, accounts and payouts
We developed listing search, guest booking paths, host and guest portals, payment and payout workflows, and AI-assisted listing management.
Scope
- Destination and date search
- Property and host records that carry trust context
- Booking paths for different stay conditions
- Property import, booking-derived availability, and calendar sync with OwnerRez and iGMS
- Date-level rates and minimum stays from PriceLabs, with a fallback when rates go stale
- Payments through Stripe, with payment details kept at the payment provider
- Operator visibility into the transaction workflow

Connections to property operations and pricing
The platform imports properties and keeps calendars in sync with OwnerRez and iGMS, takes date-level rates and minimum stays from PriceLabs, handles payments through Stripe, and runs on AWS. Every one of those connections is running in the live marketplace.
How hosts use the platform
Hosts manage their properties in one place while those systems stay in sync behind it. Routeless does not publish booking, revenue, or guest figures for this engagement.
